A 50% deposit is required to schedule and begin your project. The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has begun, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

If a project is delayed due to factors outside of our control, including other contractors or site conditions, the schedule may be adjusted accordingly. If a delay is caused solely by our own error, we will work with you to make it right.

All payment terms will be clearly outlined and agreed upon before work begins.

• Ironwork: 10-year workmanship warranty
• Painted finishes: 5-year warranty
• Powder-coated finishes: 10-year warranty
• Gate openers (installed by us): 1-year warranty

This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as accidents, weather events, or misuse.
